The Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare of all individuals employed by J.R. Webb & Son (1932) Ltd on any of its work sites is of prime importance to the company, its management and staff.

J.R. Webb & Son (1932) Ltd encourages the philosophy with our customers, employees and suppliers, of being equal as partners in the understanding and observance of the requirements of the Health and Safety in Employment Act, Regulations and associated legislative requirements.

It is our policy to emphasise to all employees and suppliers the requirement for their taking the initiative in anticipating, preventing and correcting conditions and practices that may cause harm to themselves, their colleagues, our clients and the general public.
Toolbox meetings and Health and Safety meetings will assist consultation between employees and management on Health and Safety issues and in maintaining a safe work environment.

Managers and staff will ensure that accidents are reported and accident investigations are undertaken when relevant. In the event of an injury or illness occurring, the company, where practicable, will fully participate in appropriate rehabilitation and return to work programmes.
